While we do try to ensure as much accuracy as possible, when translating data from one source to another is a delicate process and occasionally we get it wrong. Please do not choose this option if this could potentially cause problems for your organization.

By selecting manual data entry, I understand and agree to the following:

No bulk upload capability:

Manual entry required: All historical data must be entered individually through the system interface which may include a significant time investment

Irreversible decision: Once I begin entering historical data manually, the Flourish team cannot complete this process for me without a complete database reset, as there is no way to ensure duplicate records are not created

Support availability: The Flourish team can provide guidance during this process, but the core data entry work remains your responsibility

I acknowledge that I have considered these limitations and am prepared to proceed with manual data entry for our organization's implementation.

Manual Data Entry Acknowledgement

At what point in the process would you like to start using Flourish?*

Getting started with Flourish is a 3 step process on our end, and you're welcome to start using it at the end of any of those steps:

1. Server Build and Database Setup ▼

Starting as soon as this step is complete would give you access to an empty (or mostly empty) database that you could use as a blank canvas for getting all of your data entered.

If you choose, we can still do a bulk upload of all of your basic contact information before you get started so that you can begin using it immediately, even if there's no other data to enter.

This option is best for:

You don't currently have any data to migrate or plan on entering all of your historical data on your own
You have very little data to migrate
You want to get started right away and don't mind waiting for all other data to be mapped over and entered into Flourish

Estimated access: 1 week

2. Core Data Uploaded and Insights Set Up ▼

Starting as soon as this step is complete would give you access to Flourish once all of your core data in place, but before full data migration. While you're entering new data we will continue to upload other historical data. At this point you would also have full access to Insights, which is where reports are generated.

Core Data includes:
- Contact and Member Data
- Attendance Data
- Reachout Data
Core Data may not include:
- Demographic Information
- Clinical Information
- Meetings
- Goals & Actions Plans
- etc.
Other Historical Data will continue to appear in your Flourish system over time

This option is best for:

You have a lot of data to migrate and don't mind getting access to snippets of your data while the other portions are still being mapped

Estimated access: 2 weeks

3. Full Data Mapping and Migration ▼

Choosing to start after this step means you would not have access to Flourish until all data is mapped and migrated over. Data mapping is the process that takes us the longest. Depending on the volume and cleanliness of your data the time frames for this can be widely variable. We try not to give hard time estimates because we never know what the data is going to need until we've actually seen it.

This option is best for:

You already have a working system and don't mind waiting
You will need immediate access to your data for reporting purposes, and don't want to get your data from multiple sources
You prefer to have a complete system before jumping into it.

Estimated access: 2-8 weeks

Depending on the complexity of the data, some categories could potentially take a little longer to move over

All 3 Options:
Once data has all been migrated, we will then begin the process of working with you to ensure that your reports fully meet your needs. They have the most commonly needed report functionality out of the box, but we can also make slight customizations to them to ensure you can generate reports for things we may not have anticipated.

We will also need you to spot check our data migration for missed fields. Core fields used in reports (i.e. CPQ) are prioritized, and others are moved over by hand. There's a possibility we may miss a few. If you notice something missing please notify us ASAP so we can get it remedied.
